(1)Possess a post graduate degree in Geology or Applied Geology with minimum 55% marks obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University
Grants Commission Act, 1956;
(2)Experience:-Have about seven years experience on the post not below the rank of Royalty Inspector, Class III in the subordinate service of the Commissionarate of Geology and Mining; or Have about seven years experience in the field of mining or mineral administration or mineral legislation or mineral exploration in Government or
Government Undertakings Board or Corporation or Limited Company established by Law in india or Mining organization on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Royalty Inspector, Class III in the subordinate service of the Commissionerate of Geology and Mining.
(3)Possess the basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.
(4)Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
PAY: - Rs. 15600-39100 (Gradepay-Rs. 6600)
