Qualification CRITERIA :
[as on the Last Date for submitting Online Application i.e. 30/09/2017] :
(A) Essential Educational Qualification :
(a) Graduate from perceived University.
(b) tenth or twelfth Standard Examination Passed with English as one of the Subject.
(B) Computer :
A Candidate must have other than the recommended capabilities:
(i) CCC/CCC+ level Certificate, or;
(ii) Should have Degree/Diploma from any perceived University/ Instructive Institution with PC as one of the Subjects, or;
(iii) Should have passed SSC or HSC examination from perceived School Board with Computer as one of the Subjects, or Courses recommended by the Government.
(C) Age Limit :
(i) A Candidate applying to the said posts, should not be under 18 a long time and not over 35 years old, as on the last date of submitting Online Application i.e. on 30/09/2017.
(ii) Employees working in the Subordinate Courts or some other High Court might be permitted consistently, unwinding of a greatest time of 5 years or to the degree of equivalent number of
a long time for which benefit has been placed in by him/her, whichever is less, in the upper age constrain.
(iii) Relaxation of 5 years in upper age constrain might be allowable to the hopefuls having a place with the Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Instructively Backward Classes, Differently Abled Person (PH) what's more, Ex-Servicemen.
Charges AND MODE OF PAYMENT :
(a) Candidates having a place with Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, Differently Abled Persons (PH) what's more, Ex-Servicemen might be required to pay Fees of ₨250/ - in addition to the regular Bank Charges and every single other applicant should be required to pay Expenses of ₨500/ - in addition to the standard Bank Charges through "Print Application/ Pay Fee" Button through SBI e-Pay, gave on the site page of HCOJAS Entryway http://hc-ojas.guj.nic.in.
(b) Carefully Read and Follow the Instructions/Help given thereat. Select the Mode of Payment i.e. Online Payment or Cash-Challan (Offline) (Challan will be created Online at SBI e-Pay Website).
(c) if there should be an occurrence of Online Payment Mode, after effective installment, Candidate
will get e-Receipt of the same. Be that as it may, if Transaction/Payment fizzles because of any specialized reasons, take after the Instructions thereat.
(d) If Cash-Challan (Offline) Option is chosen, Candidate is required to take printout of "Challan" in TWO Copies and pay the essential Fees before the Challan Expiry Date, at any of the SBI Branch, by submitting the said Challan to the Bank. The Concerned Bank Branch will hold one Copy of the "Challan" and restore the other Copy to the Candidate.
(e) Candidates are educated to protect the duplicate with respect to the e-Receipt/CashChallan till the finish of the Recruitment Process.
(f) Confirmed 'Online Application', presented by the Candidate, will be considered as VALID Application, simply after he/she transmits the Examination Fees, as required, in the State Bank of India through SBI ePay, before due time.
(g) Requisite Examination Fees, can be paid through either Mode i.e. On the web (from 01/09/2017 to 30/09/2017) or Offline (Cash-Challan) (till the Challan Expiry Date) and the same should be considered as VALID.

Plan OF EXAMINATION :
The Competitive Examination might comprise of :
(An) Elimination Test (Objective Type-MCQs) [100 Marks]
(B) Main Written Examination [100 Marks]
(A) Elimination Test (Objective Type-MCQs) [100 Marks]
(i) Question Paper of Elimination Test might comprise of 100 Multiple Decision Questions (MCQs), each of 1 Mark. For each wrong/ different answer, there should be Negative Marking of 0.33 Marks.
Dialect of the Question Paper might be English as it were. Be that as it may, 25 Questions will be in Gujarati for the Section on Gujarati Dialect. Length of the Elimination Test should be 02 (Two) Hours.

(ii) Candidates having a place with Reserved Categories, i.e. ST, SEBC and Contrastingly Abled Person (PH), should need to secure least 45 Imprints and the various Candidates should need to secure least 50 Marks in the Elimination Test and just those qualifying, should be called for Main Written Examination.
(iii) The Elimination Test will be led either at Ahmedabad or at any District put/puts as might be chosen by the High Court, contingent on the quantity of Candidates applying. (iv) in the event that, extensive number of Candidates qualifying in the Elimination Test, it will be open for the High Court to limit the quantity of Hopefuls as considered vital, as indicated by Merit, for the Next Stage i.e. Fundamental Written Examination.

(B) Main Written Examination [100 Marks] : (to be directed likely in the long stretch of February/March, 2018) (Duration : 03 Hours)
(i) The Main Written Examination will include Two Parts, viz. :
a) Part A – General English [50 Marks]
b) Part B – General Knowledge [50 Marks]
(ii) Language of Question Papers of Main Written Examination should be English. Reply to Questions in the Main Written Examination should be given in English Language. Be that as it may,
Answers as for "Interpretation" or generally required to be given in Gujarati, should perpetually be replied in Gujarati Dialect.
(iii) The Main Written Examination will be led either at Ahmedabad, or at any District put/puts as might be chosen by the High Court contingent on the quantity of Candidates, for which the Candidates should make their own particular courses of action, for taking the Examination.
