Age Limitation: 

Minimum Age : Must have completed 18 years on the last date of Advertisement. 

Maximum Age : Must not have completed 36 years on the last date of Advertisement Age will be calculated on the last date of the receipt of the application.

Application Fee: 

General candidates must pay Rs. 100 plus a postage fee, whereas Unreserved candidates from Gujarat, Ex-Servicemen, and candidates with disabilities are exempt from paying costs. Candidates from other states who are not from Gujarat must pay the required fees.

GPSC Tribal Development Officer Essential/ Desirable Qualification & Syllabus:

Instructive Tribal Development Officer Qualification : (i)a Bachelor's level acquired from any of the Universities set up or consolidated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or whatever other training organization perceived thusly or announced to be considered as a University under area 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; 

2.Under the Declassification and Reorganization Act 1967, the provisions of the Civil Services Act, 1967. Should have a certificate from a recognized organization regarding computer knowledge

3. Should have knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi and English.

GPSC Tribal Development Officer Qualification Syllabus:

Exam Pattern: 

A primary test and interview will be used to choose candidates for these positions. After reviewing the necessary documentation, candidates will be deemed qualified for the interview. applications based on results from the primary test. The candidate will not be considered for the interview if they receive less than 15% on the primary exam.

The Commission will choose the medium for this test. Candidates must go to Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad for the primary test, which is typically held there. The main exam will have 200 questions for 200 points each for the respective subject and 100 questions worth 100 points for general studies. 300 questions total, worth 300 points. The primary test will take 180 minutes to complete. 

The following formula is used to compute the weighted marks for the primary test and the interview: [Marks acquired in P.T. X 50/300 = Weighted Marks of Primary Test] + [Marks received in Interview X 50/100 = Weighted Marks of Interview] = Total Weighted Marks.
