1. a Bachelor's level acquired B.Com (Preference will be given to M.Com candidate.)
from any of the Universities set up or consolidated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or whatever other training organization perceived thusly or announced to be considered as a University under area 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956;
