1. an M.B.B.S. degree from one of the universities in India that were established or incorporated under a Central or State Act, or from any other educational institution that has been declared a deemed university under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or hold any other qualification listed in the first or second schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
